Health-E-Now approached us to reimagine their online presence as a trusted entry point into virtual primary care for Ontarians. With millions of residents unable to access a family doctor, the platform needed a website that felt as reassuring, fast, and simple as the care it promised — one that could clearly explain licensed, CPSO-verified physician access, same-day appointments, and secure e-prescribing, while guiding first-time visitors confidently from 'what's wrong' to 'seeing a doctor' in just a few clicks. We began with a full UX/UI design in Figma, then engineered the entire experience in WordPress using Divi Builder, and connected it to the platform's dedicated booking-flow application.
